Autotrader Praises the 2017 Lincoln MKC

Are you considering a luxury crossover SUV? A recent review by Autotrader states that the Lincoln MKC makes a convincing argument for itself with its sleek styling, deluxe interior features and smooth, relaxing ride.

Lincoln believes your safety is a priority, so seven airbags, four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes and stability control are standard features on the Lincoln MKC. Optional available safety features include lane-departure warning, forward collision warning, adaptive cruise control and self-parking systems.

The standard 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine produces 240 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque, while the available 2.3-liter turbo four-cylinder generates 285 horsepower and 305 pound-feet of torque. Both come matched to a six-speed automatic transmission.

Standard amenities on the Lincoln MKC include auto stop/start, Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ technology, a power lift gate and auto-hold braking. Additional available options include THX II Certified Audio sound system, a panoramic sunroof, 19- or 20-inch wheels and Select Plus, Technology and Climate packages.

Regarding the interior, the reviewer remarked that, “the dashboard, door panels and upholstery are pure Lincoln, including the brand’s distinctive push-button transmission interface next to the center stack.” The reviewer particularly admired the available adaptive damping system, and pointed out that the Lincoln MKC’s sporty nature makes twisting two-lane roads an absolute driving pleasure.
