Lincoln Now: "Flavor of the Week"

A brand new Lincoln Now article, published only yesterday, revolves around Scott Evans and his four Salt Lake City restaurants: Hub & Spoke, the East Liberty Tap House, Finca, and Pago. Pago is the newest one, coming to life in 2009. Local produce and rotating menus make dishes fresh and delicious.

“(Pago) is the most ‘fine dining’ concept we have," says Scott, "in the sense that it’s the most food and wine-driven. (Our guests) trust us and allow us to push the envelope in a way that we couldn’t do in a bigger environment. They come in expecting something new, something they’ve never had, and often they first taste it at Pago.”
